SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders over 150$ ships for free! Smaller orders will be shipped for a flat rate of $8 via USPS First Class or Priority depending on item shape and size.

All purchases shipped in 1-2 business days following your selection (please note we cannot ship Sunday and are closed on Monday). If you require expedited shipping, please contact the shop to make arrangements - we are happy to help!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your closet! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund.

Please be careful when trying on our items!  All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags.  Items returned with scuffs, stains, pet hair or odor (pet or smoke!) are subject to re-stocking fees of $10 and above to cover our cleaning costs. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.

Vintage, sale items, special order, pre-sale items and items purchased under promotional sales are returnable for store credit only.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid; we do not accept CODs. Returns received after this period will be eligible for store credit only and may be subject to new reduced prices or restocking fees. Please notify us in advance of returns to expedite the credit/refund process.

Refunds will be processed minus shipping fees; we do not refund original or return shipping costs.
